We are
farmer family from Halikko, near by Salo. Our family contains husband Raine
and children Emmi (-96) and Essi (-98). I “work” at home.
From
my childhood I have always had dogs, and each of them have left their paw
prints into my heart and memories.
My dog
show hobby started with junior handler winning with mixbreed Pipsa-dog in
70’s. German shepherds we had until year -97 when we got our very
first leonberger “Cismet”
from kennel Nessleo.
Our
interest for leonbergers growed becourse this breed is suitable for
families with little children … And that was start for this
all… Leonbergers have truly filled our hearts. We love it’s
easy temperament as family dog and lovely looks. And so we got our second
leonberger “Elga”
from kennel Nessleo too.
Very
first Yestas-leos were born 2002, and we kept “Asta”
from that litter.
I’m
a member of Finnish Kennel Club and Finnish Leonberger Club. I'm also a
member of committee and breedingcomittee of Lagotto club.
I do
follow the rules of Finnish Leonberger Club in my breedings.
